TANDOORI CHICKEN WINGS
SERVES 4
2 lb chicken wings
3/4 cup coconut milk
2 tablespoons tandoori paste
1/3 cup peanut butter
1 clove garlic, crushed
juice of 2 lemons
1 teaspoon five spice powder
Combine chicken wings with remaining
ingredients and refrigerate overnight. Place
wings on grill and cook over a low flame for
20 - 25 minutes.
