APRICOT BARBECUED SAUSAGES 
SERVES 6 - 8 


2 lb sausages 
1 tablespoon brown sugar 
2 tablespoons vinegar 
3/4 cup apricot nectar 
1/4 cup orange juice 
1/2 cup ketchup 
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce 
few drops tabasco sauce 
1/2 teaspoon salt

Place sausages on grill and cook over a low heat for 5 minutes. 

Meanwhile place remaining ingredients into pan and heat over a low flame 
until slightly thickened. Brush sausages with apricot sauce and continue 
cooking to desired degree. Use remaining sauce as an accompaniment.
